The Property Owners Association’s Membership Services Department is located on Arkansas 340/Lancashire Boulevard just west of U.S. 71(Exit 98). The department is located next to the Bella Vista fire and police departments.
Office Hours:
8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
8 a.m. to noon Saturday (Memorial Day through Labor Day)

The Membership Services Department works to provide all things necessary for the ease of ownership and the enjoyment of members in a fair, unbiased, prompt and courteous manner.
The Property Owners Association’s Membership Services Department helps members and prospective members of Bella Vista with questions and information about the necessary steps and documentation to ensure a smooth transition into Bella Vista living.

Assessments are the primary source of revenue for operating and maintaining the amenities of the Village.
Water Billing & New Accounts
For questions about a water bill, making a payment or new water accounts.
Members and Guests Cards
Current membership and valid guest cards are required for use of all facilities.
